Heather was born and raised in Seaford, Delaware. She graduated from Seaford High School in 1994. She joined Dr. Bunting's practice in Georgetown in 1998 as her dental assistant and became her office manager in 2001. Heather helped to establish this practice with Dr. Bunting in 2003. Heather runs the day to day operations at Diamond State Dentistry. But, if you are in need of more advanced care, she will meet with you to thoroughly explain the proposed treatments and your financial options. Her knowledge of dentistry combined with her years of experience with insurance companies are invaluable!
Michelle - Scheduler
Michelle became a Certified Dental Assistant in 1982. In Delaware since 1984, she has worked in multiple fields of dentistry and with Dr. Bunting in Dover from 1992-1997. She has been with this practice since it was opened in 2003. Michelle will work very hard to provide you with convenient appointment times from our array of extended office hours. She is extremely adept at providing you with the appropriate appointment due to her extensive knowledge of dentistry. She loves to talk and is in the perfect position!
Sheri - Financial Administrator
Sheri was born in Milford and raised in Greenwood. She graduated from Milford High School in 2001. She joined the practice in 2007. Sheri will help you understand your insurance coverage. She files all predeterminations with insurance companies so that coverage for proposed treatments is known prior to your appointments. She will also coordinate any appointments with specialists for you. She is able to do all of this with a smile!
Amy - Greeter
Amy was born and raised in nearby Chestertown, Maryland, and became a resident Of Delaware in 2000. She joined Diamond State Dentistry in mid-March 2020 and worked just a week before we closed due to the Covid Pandemic. Amy always has a smile and will greet you at the front desk. She has impressed us and our patients with her unflappable optimism and grace under pressure as we have navigated all the new protocols!

Shelby was born and raised in Milford and graduated from Milford High School in 2017. She currently attends Delaware Technical and Community College and aspires to become a hygienist. She joined Diamond State Dentistry in the summer of 2020. Shelby helps with insurance claims and eligibility and schedules appointments with the doctors.
